Members are responsible for providing information that is accurate, current and not misleading when creating a profile, posting a listing or communicating with other users.

You are responsible for activity associated with your account and should take reasonable steps to keep your account access secure.

JobFlatmate must be used lawfully and respectfully. Members must not use the platform to mislead, harass, impersonate or harm another person or organisation.

• Do not post false or misleading information.
• Do not use the platform for unlawful activities.
• Do not send abusive, threatening or inappropriate content.
• Do not impersonate another person or business.
• Do not attempt to misuse, disrupt or interfere with the platform.

JobFlatmate provides a platform that helps employers and job seekers discover and connect with each other.

JobFlatmate is not the employer of job seekers using the platform and does not guarantee employment, interviews, candidate suitability, wages, working conditions or the outcome of any recruitment process.

Employers and job seekers are responsible for checking information and ensuring that any employment arrangement complies with applicable laws and requirements.

JobFlatmate helps accommodation providers, room seekers and potential flatmates connect with each other.

JobFlatmate does not own, manage, inspect or lease accommodation listed by members and does not guarantee the availability, condition, accuracy, suitability or legality of any property or room.

Members should make their own enquiries and checks before entering into any accommodation or flatmate arrangement.

JobFlatmate may provide matching, search, recommendation or interest features to help members discover relevant opportunities and people.

A match, recommendation or expression of interest does not represent an endorsement or guarantee by JobFlatmate. Members remain responsible for deciding whether another member, listing or opportunity is suitable for them.

Unless JobFlatmate specifically states otherwise for a particular service, agreements, payments, deposits, wages, rent and other transactions are arranged directly between the relevant members or businesses.

JobFlatmate is not a party to those agreements or transactions. If JobFlatmate introduces a payment or transaction feature in the future, additional terms may apply to that feature.

Members should use reasonable care when communicating, attending interviews or inspections, sharing personal information or entering into arrangements with other users.

We encourage members to verify important information independently before making employment, accommodation or financial decisions.

You are responsible for information, photographs, documents and other content that you submit to JobFlatmate.

Content must be relevant, lawful and must not infringe the rights of another person or organisation. JobFlatmate may review, restrict or remove content that breaches these terms or is considered inappropriate for the platform.

JobFlatmate may restrict, suspend or remove an account, profile or listing where we reasonably believe that these terms have been breached, the platform has been misused, or action is necessary to protect other members or the service.

JobFlatmate is a platform that helps people and businesses discover, connect and communicate with each other.

We do not guarantee that a member will find a job, employee, room, tenant, flatmate or other opportunity, and we do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of information provided by other members.

To the extent permitted by law, members are responsible for their own decisions, communications, agreements and transactions arising from connections made through the platform.

JobFlatmate may introduce, change, improve or discontinue features as the platform develops.

We may also update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be made available on this page. Continued use of JobFlatmate after an update means that the current terms will apply to your use of the service.
