Your phone number, contact email address and resume are not displayed publicly as part of your profile or listing.

JobFlatmate is designed to allow members to express interest before personal contact information is shared.

Contact details associated with a match are made available only after the relevant request or expression of interest has been accepted.

If you upload a resume or other document, it is used to support the features and interactions for which you provided it. Resumes are not displayed publicly on JobFlatmate.

Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information in documents or listings uploaded to the platform.

We take reasonable steps to protect information held by JobFlatmate from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.

No online service can guarantee absolute security, so members should also take care when sharing personal information or communicating with other users.

You may contact JobFlatmate if you would like to request access to, correction of, or removal of personal information associated with your account.

You may also request the closure or removal of your JobFlatmate account, subject to information that we may need to retain where required for legitimate operational or legal purposes.
